Raymond Ervin Walters, 77, died Friday, April 10, at Prairie Sunset Home, Pretty Prairie.
He was born July 14, 1937, at Kingman, Kansas, the son of Ervin and Mary Alice Ridge Walters.
A resident of Pensacola, Florida, he was a Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy.
In 1973, he married Edna Mary Dakers in Brechin, Scotland; she died in Dec. of 1996. Survivors include son Mark; step-daughter Lorriene Morgan, brother David; and sisters Harriet Walters, Louise Ward and Carol Walters.
Memorial services will be at a later date in Pensacola, Fl.
