Rebecca M. "Reba" Pulliam, 46, died Sept. 13, 2012, in Kingman.
She was born April 18, 1966, in Pratt.
Survivors include: her husband, Ed; sons, Cody, Trevor, Dalton, and Jamison; daughters, Fallon, and Madison; parents, Jerry and Becki Andrews, and Marie Alfrey; grandmother, Ethel Laughlin; brothers, Danny, Michael, Philip, and Eric; and sister, Rachel.
Funeral 3 p.m. Wednesday at Kingman Mennonite Church. Visitation 1 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Burial in Kingman Mennonite Cemetery.
Memorials to the Reba Pulliam Memorial Fund.
