Rex A. Boyle, 93, died Oct. 5, 2016 in Wichita.

He was born March 16, 1923, at Concordia, Kansas the son of Charles J. and Edith Milham Boyle.

Living most of his life on the family homestead South of Spivey, Kansas, he was a retired stockman and farmer.

Rex was a member of the Country Acres Baptist Church, Gideons International; and the International Flying Farmers.

On Aug. 18, 1944, he married Ellen Shultz at Newton, Kansas. Other survivors include two sons and their wives, Steve and Roberta, and Max and Janet; daughter Rebecca Fryar and her husband Kenneth; 2 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother Joe; and sisters Doris Bennett and Louise McKay.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m.,Monday, Oct. 10, at Country Acres Baptist Church, Wichita.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m., Monday at Duquoin (Kansas) Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with Country Acres Baptist Church and Gideons International, both in care of Livingston Funeral Home.
