Richard G. Hageman, 88, died December 4, 2024, at Wheatlands Health Care Center, Kingman, Kansas.

He was born on December 20, 1935, at Willowdale, Kansas, to Fred and Louise Schulte Hageman.  He was a retired farmer and cattleman. He enjoyed traveling and touring museums.

He was a member of St. John Catholic Church, Zenda, Kansas. On  August   10,   1954,   he   married   Virginia   Pomeroy   at   Zenda,   Kansas;   she   survives.   Other survivors include his two children, Richard (Lora) Hageman and Dianna (Mike) Woodard. Five grandchildren,   Denise   Hageman,   Sharon   (Marc)   Pankratz,   Darrel   Hageman,   Greg   (Alicia) Woodard and Scott (Cheryl) Woodard, 15 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and a sister,  Phyllis   Lopez.   He   was preceded in death by   a   brother, Wilfred Hageman  and   sisters Rosemary Kennedy, Sister Louise Hageman, Leora Adelhardt, and Alice Demuth.

The family will receive friends from  5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2024 at Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman with  a   parish rosary   being recited   at  6:00 p.m.  Mass  of  Christian   Burial  will  be  10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at St. Peter Catholic Church, Willowdale, Kansas. Burial will follow at St. Peter Catholic Cemetery, Willowdale.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John Catholic Church of Zenda, Wichita Adaptive Sports and Wheatlands Healthcare Center, all in care of the Livingston Funeral Home.
