Robert Herman Kimminau - 94 - died September 2, 2025 at Midland Hospice House in Topeka, KS.
Bob was born June 1, 1931 to William and Catherine Clouse Kimminau at Nashville, KS.
He was a retired equipment operator with Hamm Construction.
Bob served in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Helena during the Korean War.
He was a childhood member of the St. Peter's Catholic Church of Willowdale, later attending Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church once he settled in Topeka.
Bob cherished the time he spent as a member of the VFW and American Legion.
He is survived by one son: Robert O. Kimminau. Grandchildren: Robert M. and Michelle Kimminau, Curtis Kimminau, Bryan Kimminau, and Katelyn and Luke Hague. Brother: Raymond Kimminau. Sisters: Marie Taylor, and Joan Kanngiesser. Great-Grandchildren: Nicholas, Jacey, Jagger, Marley, Nolan, Henry, and Jack. As well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother Jack, sisters Doris Conrardy, Alice Henning, and Mary Ellen Albanesi, daughter-in-law Christina Kimminau, and a great-grandson Jaxon Kimminau.
The family will receive friends at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025 at the St. Peter Catholic Church, Willowdale. Rosary will be at 10:00 a.m., that Saturday at St. Peter Catholic Church followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the St. Peter Catholic Cemetery.
A memorial has been established with the St. Peter Catholic Church Building Renovation Fund and may be sent to Livingston Funeral Home, 1830 N. Main, Kingman KS 67068.
