Rose Ann Klausmeyer, 87, died July 11, 2014, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.
She was born Oct. 12, 1926, at Nashville, Kansas the daughter of John and Ida Schwartz Theis. A longtime Willowdale resident, moving to Kingman in 2010, she was a former Nurses's Aide at the Attica Hospital.
She was a member of the St. Peter Catholic Church, the D of I, and the Altar Society, all of Willowdale.
On Nov, 17, 1947, she married Alvin A. Klausmeyer at St. Leo; he died Feb. 27, 2011. Survivors include sons Michael, Richard, Jerry, Terry and Tim; daughter Mary Jane Gooch; brothers Bill, Ray, Jack and Paul; sisters Oliva Hampel and Lucille Hageman; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by sisters Frances Biggs, Slyvia Horsch and Laverna Klausmeyer; and a granddaughter Kimberly Klausmeyer.
Parish rosary will be 7:30 p.m., Monday at the St. Peter Catholic Church, Willowdale. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, also at St. Peter Catholic Church. Friends may call between 1:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m., Monday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Burial will be in the St. Peter Church Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Kingman Community Hospital Oncology Dept., in care of the funeral home.
