Shirley Elaine Faucett, 83, died Sept. 20, 2018, in Wichita, Kansas.

She was born Sept 6, 1935, at Belmont, Kansas the daughter of Norman E. and Gladys Simons Johnson.  A longtime resident of Cheney, she was a cook for the Cheney Grade School, tool trailer supervisor for Borton's Construction and was a homemaker.

On August 14, 1967, she married Bob Gene Faucett at Alva, Oklahoma; he died Jan. 26, 2001. Survivors include sons Greg Allen Thornton and Norman Eugene Campbell; daughters Melinda Elaine Grayson and Donna Louise Kiser; 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by step-son David Faucett.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman.  Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Tuesday.  Burial will be in the Vinita Cemetery.
