"SHORTY"  WELLS

"Shorty" Wells, 79, died Nov. 18, 2023 at Hilltop Manor, Cunningham.

He was born Aug. 22, 1944, at Kingman the son of Howard and Helen Duckworth Wells.

A lifetime resident of Kingman County, he was a farmer and stockman.

Shorty like to play golf as he got older, but horses were his main interest that he used in his cattle operation.

On Aug. 23, 1964, he married R. Lynn Heath at Attica.  Other survivors include two sons Jeff and Justin; brothers John and Bob; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Memorials have been suggested to Hilltop Manor or Interim Health Care both in care of Livingston Funeral Home, 1830 N. Main, Kingman, KS 67068.
