She was born April 11, 1965, at Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Dewey and Neva Phipps Powell.
She was an insurance company receptionist.
Survivors include sons Jordan and Joshua Timm, daughter Jessica Timm; brother Troy Powell; half-brother Dennis Powell; and half-sisters Delores Sebilus and Jean Powell.
Graveside memorial services will be 2:30 p.m., Saturday at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Kingman.
