She was born Oct. 4, 1978, at Springfield, MO, the daughter of James M. and Rose Mary Spade Cisco. A resident of Cunningham, previously of Hutchinson, she was a Certified Medical Aide at Sunshine Meadows Nursing Home in Buhler, KS.
