VERNON L. KEELING

Vernon L. Keeling, 84, died June 9, 2016, at Wheatlands Healthcare Center, Kingman.
He was born April 10, 1932, at Kingman the son of Louis J. and Etta Jean Gilchrist Keeling. A lifetime resident of Kingman, he was a retired farmer, mechanic and owner/operator of Keeling Tractor.
He was a member of the Kingman Church of the Nazarene, attended the Cunningham Christian Church, the Kingman VFW; and was a U.S. Army veteran.
On Jan. 25, 1952, he married Helen Wohlford at Cheney. Other survivors include sons Kenny, Alan and Louis; daughter Barbara Wiebe; 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two infant brothers; sisters Eva Robey, Josephine Huckabee and Annabell White; granddaughter Kiona Keeling; and two infant great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Military graveside honors will be conducted at Hoosier Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with Wheatlands Healthcare Center or the Vernon Keeling Memorial Fund, both in care of the funeral Home.
