Wallace E. "Wally" Hartley, 69, passed away peacefully at his home on December 30th, 2019.
He was born August 10, 1950 in Kingman, Kansas. Wallace was owner and operator of Wallace Hartley Fish Hatchery in Cunningham, Kansas until his retirement in 2013. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to hunt, trap and was one heck of a fisherman. He never knew a stranger and will be missed by many friends and family.
He is survived by his wife Kelly Hartley, brothers Billy (Kathy), Jerry (Kay); sister Janet Hartley; stepchildren Brandon Welch, Teea (Tony) Wilson, Cody Mills, Colton Mills, and Donice (Kurtis) Koenigsman; his first wife Mona Broomfield; 8 step grandchildren; many nieces & nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents W.E "Bus" and Irene Hartley, wife Betty Hartley, dog Zappa Ron Hartley and one hell of a lot of fish.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Friends may call from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Church Cemetery, Cunningham.
Memorials may be made with the Wallace Hartley Memorial Fund in care of Livingston Funeral Home.
