William T. "Bill" Boling, 77, died Feb. 23, 2024, at Mercy Hospital Northwest, Rogers, AR.

He was born June 22, 1946, at Bentonville, AR, the son of Alfred and Marjorie Jefferies Boling.  A longtime resident of Kingman, previously of Hiwasse, AR, he was an employee for Klaver Construction.

On June 2, 1979, he married Bessie Cathers at Kingman, KS; she died May 21, 2004. Survivors include sons Ken (Linda) and Bill (Teresa) Boling and Gary Kiser; daughters Gwen (Alton) Smith, Sharon Taylor and Nora Parson; sister Peggy Kelly; and a multitude of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his parents; sons Randy and Art Kiser; daughter-in-law Donna Kiser; and brother-in-law Bill Barrett.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024, at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Kingman, KS. Friends may call from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman.
