William "Bill" Crosley
William "Bill" Crosley, 84, died March 3rd, 2017.
Born to William "Everett" and Thelma (Hooverman) Crosley on July 6th, 1932 at Cawker City. Survived by wife Lyla, sons Steve (Gay) Crosley, Mike (Marsha) Tallant, Doug (Pam) Tallant. Daughters Debra Mead, Teresa Tallant. Sister Eileen Koster. Nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by wife Madeline (Penland), brothers Bob and Jack, and sister Dorothy.
He was an adored teacher, principal and coach at Emporia, Tonovay, Vesper, Sylvan Grove, Troy and Pretty Prairie.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be Saturday, March 11th at 10am at the United Methodist Church in Pretty Prairie. Burial will be at Lonestar Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Prairie Sunset Home or Rivercross Hospice in care of Livingston Funeral Home.
